CPM was founded in 1995 with the commitment of owning and managing infill industrial assets.
Commercial Property Management (CPM) owns and operates more than 75,000 square feet of industrial property in Maryland.

In 2019, the Company acknowledged the need for focused management. To guide this growth as the leading property management company of industrial assets, Vince Encarnacion and Drew Zinser assumed managing partner roles with the mandate to provide sophistication and professionalism to traditionally under‐ managed, small and mid‐sized industrial assets.
Property Management
Complete a background check on prospective tenants (credit, judicial, criminal, employment, and rental verification) as well as Delinquency management includes filing, attending court, managing evictions, and pursuing judgments for tenant collections.
Property Maintenance
Inspect the property at least every 90 days, with online access to account information for both tenants and owners. We offer complete financial and management reporting Ensure property is in compliance with all government licenses and inspections.
Vince Encarnacion
Vince Encarnacion is an accomplished finance, strategy and operations executive, Mr. Encarnacion brings over 25 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of driving growth and bottom-line results for complex real estate companies.
Mr. Encarnacion will be responsible for the direct oversight of finance, corporate, accounting, as well as tax, and treasury benefits at the firm. He will also participate on the firm’s Management, Investment and Valuation Committee.


Drew Zinser
Partner
Drew manages multi‐million dollar Corporate Partnerships with the Los Angeles Angels. He drives revenue through new business development opportunities for the Angels Baseball team and Angel Stadium as part of the Platinum Triangle development area in Anaheim, CA.
Drew received a B.A. in History and Political Science from Cal State Fullerton and furthered his studies at San Diego State University by obtaining a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Drew believes that developing strong relationships based on hard work, positive thinking, and honesty is critical to the success of any person, both professionally and personally.
Hillary Lancaster
Property Manager
As a successful commercial real estate professional, Hillary’s priority is to ensure every client’s importance through diligent follow up and follow through. Her areas of expertise are administrative simplicity, relationship building and project management.
Hillary loves the outdoors, exercising and finding good deals. She lives in Montgomery County and has three amazing children.
